Immigence OS is an operating system shell designed for Canadian immigration professionals. You agree to use the services only for lawful purposes related to your practice and in strict accordance with the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC) code of conduct.
To use Immigence OS, you must obtain authorized access credentials. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials (username, password, or security tokens) and for restricting access to your devices. Immigence cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with security requirements.
All client records, document uploads, and case information submitted to Immigence OS remain the property of the respective practice. In compliance with Canadian privacy regulations and PIPEDA, all primary database hosting and document storage services are located exclusively within servers physically situated in Canada.
You agree not to bypass, disable, or interfere with security-related features of the platform or features that enforce usage limits of your subscription plan. Unpermitted reverse-engineering, scraping, or automated querying of internal APIs is strictly prohibited.
Immigence reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the services (or any part thereof) with or without notice, in accordance with service level agreements.
